CHICAGO, IL – OCTOBER 15, 2018 – Advanced Group, a diversified professional staffing, consulting, and outsourcing organization, will have representatives leading two sessions at the American Staffing Association’s (ASA) Staffing World 2018 in metro Washington, DC, October 16-18, 2018. Staffing World, ASA’s annual event, is the largest convention and expo in the staffing, recruiting, and workforce solutions industry.
Leo Sheridan, CEO of Advanced Group and member of ASA’s Board of Directors, will lead the workshop, Plan, Position, and Propel Your Business to New Heights. Sheridan will provide a blueprint for evolving a business, including identifying a strategic focus, developing the best structure to support it, and building a high-performing culture to execute the plan.
Jenny Chandler, Manager of Training and Development, Tara Hurley, Director of Recruiter Training and Process Excellence, and Deborah Milhaupt, Director of Sales Training and Process Excellence, will run the immersion program, From Creation to Operationalization: Building a New Hire Training Program. Throughout the session they will share how Advanced Group created and operationalized a best-in-class new hire training program.
ASA Staffing World 2018 will be held at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in Oxon Hill, MD.
